MANCHESTER, N.H. — Saint Anselm College is offeringfree tuition to attract more Granite State students.
To qualify, students must be New Hampshire residents, first-year college students, live on campus, have a high school GPA of 3.25 or higher and have a family income of $100,000 or less.
