Vols climb in new top-25 polls after winning at Oklahoma

The performance and result led to Tennessee moving up one spot to No. 5 in the Associated Press Top 25 and rising one spot to No. 6 in the US LBM Coaches Poll – both new rankings were released on Sunday afternoon.

Oklahoma was one of xx ranked losers over the weekend – the others were No. 22 Nebraska (to No. 24 Illinois at home on Friday night), No. 11 USC (at No. 18 Michigan), No. 14 Oklahoma State (to No. 12 Utah at home), No. 13 Kansas State (at BYU) and No. 23 Northern Illinois (to Buffalo at home).
