SAINT PAUL, Minn. — A man from Ames was killed in a “targeted and executed” attack in St. Paul, Minnesota, according to authorities.
Police say 22-year-old Kueth Chuol Ngut faces two counts of second-degree murder after 32-year-old Lul Dak Chak of Ames was found behind a St. Paul apartment complex on Tuesday night. Investigators say Chak was shot nine times and died at the scene.
