Tontitown man set to change plea for his alleged involvement in Jan. 6 riot

WASHINGTON D.C., DC — A Tontitown man who is facing a felony charge for his alleged involvement in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot is set to change his plea on Friday, Sept. 27, according to court records.

David Michael Camden was arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on July 1, 2024. According to the Department of Justice (DOJ), Camden originally faced six charges related to the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.

Camden is now only accused of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers, which is a Class C felony, according to a Sept. 17 filing…
