NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The idea started with Andrew Ostrowski who noticed that the Cumberland River was quieter than it should be. He wanted more people to be out on the water, engaging with the riverfront.
“You come down here a lot of times there’s nobody at the riverfront. You’re like, ‘Where is everybody?’” Ostrowski said.
