SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – We are continuing our series of special reports examining measures on the November ballot in South Dakota. This week, we’re looking at two measures that came from the State Legislature.
Amendment E would update references to officeholders in the South Dakota Constitution, more specifically, removing generic male pronouns that date back to the document’s implementation in 1889.
