SPOKANE, Wash. – Three games into the season with two draws and a loss, Spokane Zephyr FC was looking for their first win in club history and finally earned it against DC Power FC.
In the 18th minute, Spokane had a free kick that landed perfectly in the box for a Haley Thomas diving header to put the Zephyr up 1-0.
