ELK GROVE, Calif — The opportunity to get into one of Elk Grove’s latest affordable apartment projects will be determined, in part, by a lottery.
The lottery opened on Sept. 20, but it’ll continue through Oct. 20. If your number is called, you’ll be able to complete an application for one or both of the new complexes.
