Karam reported on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, that Michael Anthony Boomer, 60, of Blakeslee, Pennsylvania, appeared in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Robert D.
