Last week’s mystery photo worked out well (see answer below), so this week we bring you another unmarked photo from the Chillicothe Gazette archive that we need help identifying.
This was found in a negative file labeled simply, 4×5 negatives.
Based on that we can guess this photo is maybe from the late 1960s…
