WASHINGTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WCYB) — An Elizabethton woman accused ofconcealing items “inside her body cavity” has been charged, according to the Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office.

Kristen Garland, 35, of Elizabethton, was charged with two counts of contraband in a penal institution on Saturday.
