TOMS RIVER, N.J.** – Spencer Caudle, 36, of Prairieville, La., was sentenced to seven years in New Jersey State Prison following his guilty plea to sexual assault in connection with a May 2023 incident.
Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced Caudle’s sentencing, which took place on Friday before the Honorable Kimarie Rahill, J.S.C.
Caudle will also be subject to Megan’s Law and Nicole’s Law, permanently prohibiting him from contacting the victim, and Parole Supervision for Life…
