Somers Man Convicted of Murder in Botched 2021 Robbery

Somers, WI (WLIP)–A Somers man has been convicted of murder in a 2021 botched robbery that left one man dead in Kenosha.

On October 8, 2021, police were called to a four-unit apartment building on the 6300 block of 24th Avenue, where they found Marcus Giddens with a gunshot wound to his thigh.

Giddens was rushed to Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital, where he died from a bullet that struck his femoral artery…
