MONROE CO. (WOLF) — A former police chief has been found guilty of indecent assault.
According to the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office, former police chief Todd Alan Graeff of Manor Township, Lancaster County, was found guilty of indecent assault following a trial in Stroudsburg.
Authorities said the incident occurred in July 2022 at Kalahari Resort where Graeff was attending a police chief’s conference. A co-worker accused Graeff of grabbing her breasts on a water slide. He was recorded apologizing to the victim…
