MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Mobile Police said an 18-year-old and an alleged juvenile accomplice were caught on camera trying to steal some pretty high priced products from local smoke shops.
One of the store owners said the pair had it all planned out. After all, police said they’d gotten away with it twice before. But their luck ran out when a motorcyclist chased the two and held them at gunpoint in a citizen’s arrest until police got there.
