GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. — A Guilford County detention officer said he “accidentally pressed the trigger” on a firearm in a bathroom at the Greensboro jail.
According to a Guilford County Sheriff’s Office incident report, it happened Thursday, Sept. 12, around 12:45 p.m. in the men’s bathroom outside the jail’s transportation office.
