The Samuel Public Library in Front Royal came alive on Saturday, September 21, 2024, for Samicon 2024, a Harry Potter-inspired event that turned the library into a world of wizards, witches, and whimsical fun. Erin Rooney, Executive Director of Samuel Public Library, kicked off the event by sharing her excitement about the day. “We have so many people here already, and the day has just begun,” she said.
