CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Ohio Task Force 1 is being activated to respond to Florida as Tropical Storm Helena is expected to intensify into a major hurricane.
The National Hurricane Center anticipates that Helena will develop into a strong hurricane before it approaches the northeastern Gulf Coast on Thursday.
