KANSAS, Ill. (WTHI) – Two people are recovering in the hospital after a four-wheeler slammed into the side of a semi. It happened Monday night in Kansas, Illinois.
The Kansas Police Department told News 10 that 18-year-old Blaine Shonk was speeding on a four-wheeler through a gravel parking lot.
