BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – In response to Tropical Storm Helene, Tyndall Air Force Base has moved to Hurricane Condition Level 3.
According to Tyndall, HURCON levels are based on the arrival of 50-knot winds and do not necessarily indicate the potential for hurricane-strength winds to impact Tyndall.
