BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – People around Birmingham are helping create a memorial at the site of this weekend’s mass shooting.
What started out as flowers lining the sidewalk on Magnolia Avenue has turned into a memorial with balloons, signs, candles, and flowers.
