Sep. 24—A threatened school bus strike has been averted after a new contract agreement was approved, according to the bus company.
First Student said the new contract involved Teamsters Local 633, which represents drivers and monitors at the company’s locations in Derry, Nashua, North Hampton, Plaistow, Rochester and Swanzey.
