Following some raucous Fridays, Manassas leaders remind residents of First Friday rules

First Fridays in Manassas are intended to be a time to kick off the weekend, relax to some music and gather with family and friends in Historic Downtown. 

But recent concerns over underage drinking and attendees bringing outside alcohol to the event have dampened the experience for some local residents and prompted city officials to reconsider how the event is managed.
