GREENVILLE, S.C. — Tropical Storm Helene will bring heavy rain, flooding concerns and gusty winds to the Upstate area of South Carolina.
Here is the latest timeline on what to expect:
Wednesday: Isolated t-storms return in the afternoon. A few could be on the stronger side with strong winds and flooding possible.
Wednesday night: Heavier rain from a low pressure system and tropical winds from Helene. There could be some storms.
