SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Another one of the victims killed during a violent weekend in Sacramento was identified as Joshua Wayne Brown, 20 of Sacramento. Brown died in a shooting related to sideshow activity, according to police.
The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office released the man’s identity Tuesday.
