MILWAUKEE — A Milwaukee family says it has new clues on the whereabouts of a woman missing for nearly two weeks.
Milwaukee police say Laquita Ward, 36, was last seen September 11 at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport. Tuesday police confirmed they have information Ward may be in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
“She’s not able to take care of herself, especially in a place that she’s alone and doesn’t know anyone,” said Marcella Adkins, Ward’s grandmother. “It’s very serious, very alarming, and we really are afraid for her.”…
