CROOK COUNTY, Wyo. (WKBT) — An Eau Claire man fell to his death at Devils Tower National Monument in Wyoming on Sunday.
According to the National Park Service , around 8 p.m., 21-year-old Stewart Phillip Porter from Eau Claire fell while rappelling the second pitch of El Cracko Diablo.
