MELBOURNE — A ribbon cutting was held to celebrate the implementation Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in Brevard on Tuesday, Sept. 17 at the Early Learning Coalition of Brevard’s offices in Melbourne.
The Imagination Library program gives free books monthly to children from birth through age five, according to a release from the ELC.
