SAN JUAN BAUTISTA, Calif. — The film partially shot in San Benito County in San Benito County has been officially named “The Battle of Baktan Cross.”
San Juan Bautista City Manager Don Reynolds told KSBW 8 in February that the film stars Oscar-winning actor Leonardo Dicaprio. Reynolds also confirmed the production is named the “BC Project.”
The film is being directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, also known for films such as “Boogie Nights” and “There Will Be Blood.” The film also lists Sean Penn and Teyana Taylor as other stars acting in the project…
