BIDDEFORD, Maine — The family of a man who was shot and killed at a Maine home 20 months ago said they are disappointed with the defendant’s sentence.
Daniel Lafrenier, 33, of Rochester, New Hampshire, was sentenced to 16 years in prison in connection with the death of 37-year-old Mark Forest.
Authorities said they were called to a South Berwick home on Jan. 12, 2023, after receiving a report of a man being shot in the head.
