SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A Coast Guard helicopter crew medically evacuated a 74-year-old man off a fishing vessel Wednesday morning, according to a release from USCG.
According to USCG, the man was onboard the fishing vessel Poseidon about 35 miles west of San Diego when Coast Guard watchstanders from the Joint Harbor Operations Center reported he started having consistent chest pains.
