Longtime former Bakersfield Mayor Harvey L. Hall was named on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday as Rep. David Valadao, R-Hanford, introduced a bipartisan resolution to recognize the disease that took the life of the founder and president of Hall Ambulance Service Inc.
