SOUTH WHITLEY – At Tuesday night’s meeting a large crowd joined the South Whitley Town Council at Town Hall to watch Isaac Haupert as he was sworn in and given his badge as the newest officer of the South Whitley Police Department.
Council Vice President Brock Waterson thanked Town Marshal Mikel Vandevender for the department’s work addressing a recent threat at Whitko Community Schools.
