SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCSC) – The Palmetto Artisan Program is on a mission to expand its City of Charleston initiative to Dorchester County.
The program stems from an LLC that gives youth ages 9 to 17 a legal way to sell palmetto roses, with adult supervision while setting them up for workforce success.
