DECATUR — A Millikin University student sustained “serious” injuries Wednesday after being struck by a truck while crossing the street in front of the campus.
According to a Decatur Police Department news release, officers responded to a report of a crash at West Main Street and Arrival Circle at approximately 5:33 p.m.
