According to a report reviewed by USA TODAY from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Shellshock—whose real name was Seth Binzer—died due to the “effects of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine.” His death was officially classified as accidental, with no other medical conditions contributing to the tragedy. He passed away at a residence in Los Angeles on June 24.
