FALL is here, but ah … the fun had over the summer, including for senior citizens.
A decorated motorized scooter, wheelchair, and golf cart parade was presented by Otterbein Portage Valley Senior Living in Pemberville, Ohio on Sept. 8. Many spectators decorated their walkers to add to the fun afternoon.
