SHELBY, N.C. (WBTV) – The 100th annual Cleveland County Fair’s opening will be delayed due to severe weather.
Fair officials had planned on the fair, described as “Like Disney World but in Shelby,” opening on Thursday, Sept. 26 for its centennial year. Hurricane Helene, however, had other plans.
