TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Lucas County grand jury indicted a Toledo man for shooting a woman while she was in her car on Sept. 6.
According to court documents, Rodney Wooden was indicted on charges of felonious assault, discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises, improperly discharging a firearm into a habitat and aggravated drug trafficking.
