An East Orange councilman has been charged with harassment after he allegedly knocked a cellphone out of the hands of a man shooting videos in an Essex County park, according to police.
Christopher Awe, 40, was issued a summons for harassment/improper touching and threatening following an incident last week in Veterans Memorial Park in Newark, according to the Essex County Sheriff’s Office.
