Westminster resident Spencer Lee Leckron, Jr., 34, is facing a host of charges following a proactive stop conducted by deputies of a 2016 Nissan Rogue making an unsafe lane change.
A spokesperson from the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office said that late last week, deputies on patrol stopped Leckron in the area of Route 140 and Cranberry Road, and a subsequent search by a police K9 determined that there were drugs inside the vehicle.
