ATHENS — The Athens girls and boys cross country teams picked up sweeps in a tri-meet against Wellsboro and Wyalusing here on Tuesday, Sept. 24, while Wellsboro was paced by sophomore Lauren Kosek who took home another individual victory for the Lady Hornets.
The Wellsboro boys split their team-scoring matches with a 21-38 loss to Athens and a tie with Wyalusing that was broken with Wellsboro’s sixth runner.
