BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Registration for the 51st Annual North of the River Christmas Parade is now open.
The parade is set for Dec. 14 at 10 a.m. on North Chester Avenue between China Grade Loop and East Norris Road, according to organizers.
