When last we saw Weird Al Yankovic in Kalamazoo, he wasn’t doing the show you might expect from the polka parody king. No, it was back in 2023 at the Kalamazoo State Theatre, and he was on the “Unfortunate Return of the Ridiculously Self-Indulgent, Ill-Advised Vanity Tour.” Basically, he was playing most of his original music, and very little of what the world came to know him for.
It was still a fun show, but for those who love Al, the big draw is always the parodies, and in his upcoming return to Kalamazoo, he’s putting the “Weird” back in Weird Al…
