STOCKTON, Calif. — A vehicle reportedly crashed into the guardrail on southbound Highway 99 in Stockton on Thursday afternoon.
Crews responded to reports of the crash near Wilson Way around 2:15 p.m., according to a radio transmission from Stockton fire dispatch.
