CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – Porch pirates are targeting homes on the west side. They’re stealing cell phones and police believe the crimes may be connected.
“I feel violated,” said Jacky Uljanic, a theft victim from Lakewood. “This is our property. There’s a lot of hassle that has to go into it, trying to recover the loss.”
