EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV)—A shelter of last resort is open for those who need one in Effingham County on Thursday.
The shelter is located at Pinora Baptist Church 131 Elkins Street in Guyton. It will be open until 8 a.m. Friday.
