DRIP IN THE ‘SIP | Ole Miss is back in powder blue this weekend against Kentucky

Ole Miss is back in Vaught-Hemingway Stadium this weekend to finally open up SEC play against the Kentucky Wildcats. In front of a stripped out stadium, the Rebels will be rocking what has been a popular look in the Lane Kiffin era.

On Saturday, the Rebels will wear powder blue helmets, powder blue Nike jerseys and white Nike pants. The last time Ole Miss wore this uniform combo was against LSU last season, when the Rebels overcame a double-digit second half deficit and held late to win a thrilling 55-49 Magnolia Bowl.

Kickoff for this weekend’s game against Kentucky is set for 11 a.m. CT and can be seen on ABC or listened to on the Ole Miss Radio Network. The Rebels are 4-0 after non-conference play and enter the weekend ranked as high as No. 5 nationally according to the USA Today Coaches Poll. On the flip side, the Wildcats come in with a record of 2-2, still looking for their first conference win of the season…
