NEW ORLEANS — Residents in one St. Roch neighborhood are looking for answers from the city of New Orleans over ongoing roadwork in their backyards.
“I was willing to be lenient, but it’s literally been like nine months at this point,” says Selwyn Figg, a resident of the area.
