BROWNSVILLE, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — A man was arrested for allegedly taking out a knife at a Brownsville Independent School District elementary school during an open house event, authorities say.
Juan Antonio Duque was charged with carrying a weapon where possession is prohibited, according to the Cameron County Sheriff’s Office.
